Keep your access when the new app launches

I’m replacing my Step map with a new website and app. Your Step access is safe until your current subscription period ends.

Register below and I’ll check your details before arranging equivalent free access in the new app for the unused part of your paid Step period, so you will not pay twice. Submitting this form does not activate access automatically; I’ll contact you within 30 days.

Please upload a screenshot from StepIt should show that your Little London Vegan subscription is active and, where possible, its renewal or expiry date. This is what I’ll use to verify your access.

I’ll use these details to verify your Step membership and arrange your new-app access. I’ll only send marketing if you tick the separate optional box.

How your information will be used

The Little London Vegan (Clare Corrigan) is responsible for the information collected here. You can contact me about your information through @thelittlelondonvegan.

I use your registration details to check your existing Step access and arrange your move to the new app. I use marketing consent only if you choose the separate optional box. Your information is stored with the service providers used to run this form and app; it is not sold.

Your Step screenshot will be deleted within 60 days after it is checked. Migration-form details will be deleted within 12 months after your move is completed, unless part of the information must be kept longer for an active account, financial records or a legal claim.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to some uses, or withdraw marketing consent. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
