Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 29 September 2026
These terms are between you and Macevery Limited, trading as The Little London Vegan (“TLLV”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply when you use the TLLV website or installable web app or buy The Little London Vegan Premium (“Premium”). By creating an account or starting Premium, you agree to these terms.
1. About the service
TLLV is an editorial restaurant, food, travel and planning guide. Information including menus, prices, opening hours, accessibility, allergens and venue status can change. Check important details directly with the venue before travelling or booking. References to vegan, gluten-free or allergen options are informational and are not guarantees against cross-contamination.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share paid access outside your household or use the service commercially without permission. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention or serious misuse.
3. Premium plans and prices
Premium is available for £3.99 per month or £39.99 per year. Prices are stated as tax-inclusive. Before you confirm Checkout, Stripe will show the plan, billing frequency, trial and total price that applies.
4. Seven-day free trial
Eligible new customers receive a seven-day free trial and must add a valid payment method. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the chosen monthly or annual subscription starts automatically and Stripe charges the stated price. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per person or account. Cancelling during the trial prevents the first paid renewal; Premium normally remains available until the trial ends.
5. Automatic renewal and payment
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and annual subscriptions renew each year until cancelled. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You authorise Stripe to charge the payment method on file for recurring fees and applicable taxes. We do not store your full card number.
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it using its payment-recovery tools and may ask you to update your payment method. Premium access may be limited or suspended while payment is overdue and ends if the subscription becomes unpaid or is terminated.
6. Cancelling and changing plan
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, so Premium continues until that date and no further renewal is taken.
You may request a switch between monthly and annual billing. The change is scheduled for the end of the current billing period, with no mid-period prorated charge or credit. Until then, your existing plan and renewal date remain in force.
7. Refunds and statutory rights
Payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun, except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
If UK cancellation law gives you a cooling-off right, you may exercise it by contacting us. By asking us to provide Premium immediately, including during a trial, you request performance of the service during any applicable cooling-off period. Where the law permits, any refund may be reduced to reflect Premium already supplied before cancellation.
8. When Premium access ends
Premium access is available while Stripe reports the subscription as trialling or active, and through any valid paid period after cancellation. It ends when the trial or paid period expires, the subscription is cancelled with immediate legal effect, or payment remains unsuccessful and Stripe ends or marks the subscription unpaid. Your basic account and content you created may remain, subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. Existing Step subscribers
Where we verify an existing paid Step subscription, we may honour Premium access until the confirmed end of that Step subscription period so the member does not pay twice. The honoured period is not cash, is not transferable and does not itself create a new paid Stripe subscription. At its end, the member must actively choose a TLLV plan if they wish to continue Premium.
10. Premium Member Perks
Selected Premium members may receive offers from participating restaurants or brands. Partner offers are subject to their stated availability, dates, times, minimum spend, usage limits and other conditions. Perks have no cash value, are personal and must not be transferred, copied, resold or misused. Trial members may be excluded from Member Perks until their first paid subscription period begins.
For an in-person perk, confirm redemption only when venue staff are ready to see the redeemed screen. Confirmation is recorded immediately and may count as the allowed use even if you close the screen. For an online offer, the button may open a partner or affiliate link and any purchase is made directly with that third party under its terms. TLLV may receive commission from an affiliate link without changing the price you pay.
Partners provide and fulfil their offers. A partner may reasonably refuse a perk that is expired, inactive, outside its valid period, already used or otherwise outside the displayed terms. We may correct, suspend or withdraw a perk where necessary for accuracy, fraud prevention, partner availability or legal reasons.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep TLLV available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every venue entry is complete. We may improve, replace or remove features. If we make a material change that significantly disadvantages a paid customer, we will provide notice and any remedy required by law.
12. Content and acceptable use
TLLV content, branding, photographs, reviews, databases and software are owned by us or used with permission. Your subscription is a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the service. Do not scrape, copy, republish, resell, reverse engineer or systematically extract the guide, or interfere with the service.
13. Liability
We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, TLLV is provided for personal consumer use and we are not responsible for business losses or for a venue’s acts, omissions, food, availability or third-party booking service.
14. Ending these terms
You may stop using the free service at any time and can cancel Premium as described above. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or where required by law. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the action and allow you to appeal.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you also retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint.
Questions, cancellations or complaints can be sent to thelittlelondonvegan@outlook.com.
